We will walk through a brief into to Power BI but then we will highlight the core fundamentals of Power Query – Power Query is the engine that Power BI uses to transform your data…allowing you to take messy, unusable data and turn it into those cool Dashboards you see all the time! Don’t just wish you could do it… come and learn how to do it using Power Query. Together we will talk about what it is, how it works, and how you can put it to use in your organization. Let’s walk through a real use case for Power Query – setup all the way through daily use! PQ is a powerful tool that does the dirty work for you; it’s surprisingly easy to learn and get started. Using large complex data sets? Maybe simple data sets that require a lot of transformation. . . or both, this session will make a difference for you.
