How to see registered Apps on your Power BI account
Step 1: Visit portal.azure.com
Login using the same account connected to Power BI.
Step 2:
Click on Azure Active Directory
Step 3: Click on App Registrations
Step 4: Switch from ‘My Apps’ to ‘All Apps’
This will give you a list of all the Application registrations associated with this account. The Application ID is the same as the Client ID referenced by Dynamics GP.
